The City of Vernon’s spring line painting program is set to begin next week.
The city provided an update saying brighter lines are on the way.
Officials said pavement markings will improve visibility and help keep everyone moving safely. The program will take approximately six weeks to complete, weather permitting.
To help minimize traffic disruptions, crews will work during the evening and early morning hours.
The city said to watch for workers and follow all traffic control measures when travelling through active work zones.
