Join Ride Don’t Hide on June 8 at Creekside Park in Coldstream!
Hosted by the Canadian Mental Health Association Vernon & District, this event supports local mental health initiatives—and registration is now open at ridedonthide.com/vernon.
Funds raised will go directly to CMHA Vernon’s Youth Integrated Services Hub, which offers wellness programs, counselling, peer support, social events, and more. Thanks to the Galbraith Family Foundation, all donations will be matched, doubling your impact.
Registration is $55 per person, and kids under 12 ride free. You can sign up as an individual or a team, making it a great opportunity to rally your friends, family, or coworkers for a good cause.
Everyone is welcome—cyclists and non-cyclists alike. Choose from five routes ranging from 2.6 km to 32 km. You can ride or walk, solo or as part of a team.
