Community invited to attend Remembrance Day Ceremony at Kal Tire Place

The City of Vernon and the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 25 are hosting the annual Remembrance Day Ceremony at Kal Tire Place next week.

The city said the ceremony provides a time to deeply reflect on the sacrifices made by members of Canada’s Armed Forces, as well as to pay tribute to veterans and those who continue to serve today.

The event takes place on Wednesday, Nov. 11. Doors open at 9 a.m., and the service will begin at 10 a.m. Kal Tire Place is located at 3445 43rd Avenue in Vernon.
