Coldstream invites residents to Halloween fireworks at Kalamalka Beach

The Coldstream Fire Department is inviting residents and visitors to celebrate Halloween with an evening of fireworks, a bonfire and free hot chocolate at Kalamalka Beach.

The annual celebration takes place Saturday, Oct. 31, with festivities beginning at 7 p.m.

A bonfire and free hot chocolate will be available starting at 7:30 p.m., followed by a fireworks display at 8 p.m.

Residents are encouraged to arrive early, dress for the weather and enjoy the festivities safely.

The District of Coldstream described the event as a popular Halloween tradition that brings the community together for an evening by the lake.

The celebration follows a separate Halloween event in Lavington on Saturday, Oct. 24, which featured burgers, hotdogs and mini doughnuts.

The fireworks event will take place at Kalamalka Beach, 13900 Kalamalka Rd.
